 Program SPEIcmpt <compute> requires:

 [1] A casewise gridded temperature file with no
     missing values, and one header line seperating
     each cell or case containing the Longitude and
     Latitude, separated by a comma or a space as the
     first two strings on the line.

 [2] A gridded precipitation data file of the same
     structure as the temperature file containing 
     grid or case records of equal length with the same
     coordinates.

 [3] The correct fortran format string to read each
     line of data (as real numbers) in both files. The 
     format strings can be different for each input file.

 [4] Lastly you must enter a value between 1 and 24 
     representing the culmulative interval for which
     the SPEI is calculated which can be done now.
